    Arava AND Plaquenil for RA. DailyStrength I was on Plaquenil and Arava, plus Orencia for a bit last year, till I finally went off the Plaquenil, which wasn't working. My enzymes went up a slight bit in the beginning and then settled down. It did not affect me nearly as badly as mthx. I was on that for 9 years, and my enzymes got so high I had to stop.
